Upon return from the needed underwater submerge to cleanse the mind and soul, I had to test this product by @tallow.eg ,which I had never used before, to make some buns. Got my 7 day refrigerated starter “Lomgimanus” 🦈 out of the fridge and WITHOUT re-feeding 2-3 times to strengthen as I see advided so often 🙄, made a dough and this was the result. Lovely buns, soft and tender with a very nice flavour. Definitly to be repeated and yet again and again and again, a common starter myth destroyed .
